What's included

A scope built for your building.

Every program is tailored after a walkthrough. A typical office & commercial scope includes:

Empty trash and recycling, replace liners

Clean and sanitize counters, tables, sinks and touch points

Vacuum carpets, dust-mop and spot-mop hard floors

Clean entry glass, lobby and high-touch surfaces

Detail clean corners, edges and baseboards

Restock restroom consumables

How it works

From walkthrough to clean building.

1

Walkthrough & scope

We visit your building, walk every space, and build a written scope around what your building actually needs.

2

Crew assignment

You get a dedicated, background-checked crew assigned to your building so the same faces show up every shift.

3

First clean & calibration

The first visit is a baseline deep clean; we use it to calibrate timing and flag anything that needs catch-up attention.

4

Monthly QA & portal log

A supervisor inspects your building monthly, scores it, and logs the result in your client portal so you always have a paper trail.

Why Green Clean Janitorial

What makes the difference.

Family-owned since 2003. 11 local offices. Here's what that track record means for your facility.

Same crew, every shift

We assign a dedicated, background-checked team to your building. The same people show up every night, which means they know where the problem spots are and how you like your space handled.

ISSA 540 makes "clean" measurable

The ISSA 540 cleaning standard turns a vague expectation into a documented task list. Your scope is built from it, your monthly QA inspection scores against it, and you have something objective to point to when you're managing a facility audit.

Monthly QA inspection with logged photos

A supervisor walks your building every month, photographs anything that needs attention, and scores the visit. The result goes into your client portal where you can pull it up a year later without calling anyone.

Client portal visibility into every visit

Every completed shift is logged in your portal. You can see what was done, flag an issue, and pull a history report without having to call anyone. Most of our office clients tell us this is what keeps them from switching vendors.

What a scope looks like

Real scope. No vague language.

A typical office cleaning scope divides your building into nightly, weekly, and monthly work. Nightly tasks cover entries and lobbies (glass wiped, mats shaken, floors swept and mopped), restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, fixtures sanitized; consumables restocked), workstations (desks surface-wiped, trash emptied, chairs pushed in), breakrooms (counters, appliances, sink, table wiped down, trash emptied), and any conference rooms in the evening rotation.

Weekly and monthly rotations handle the things that don't need nightly attention but drift fast when nobody owns them: window sills dusted, interior glass wiped down, ledges and top surfaces de-dusted, vents and light switches detail-cleaned. High-traffic months get more frequent attention; slower periods like summer can be scaled back.

What's typically outside the scope: IT equipment, personal desk items, exterior windows above ground level, moving furniture or boxes. We put the exclusions in writing up front so there are no surprises. Scope gets reviewed at least annually or any time your building usage changes significantly.

Office & Commercial Cleaning, scope detail

Offices that switch to Green Clean Janitorial usually come from a national provider where the crew changes every month and nobody owns the quality. We've been family-owned since 2003 and run dedicated crew assignments across all 11 offices for exactly that reason. Our clients in financial and legal firms tell us the ISSA 540 scope and monthly QA inspection are what they point to during their own facility audits.

Who it's for

Corporate offices, professional suites, financial and legal firms, and mixed-use commercial buildings.

Questions

Frequently asked about office & commercial cleaning.

Do you clean after hours or can you work during the day?

Both. Most office clients prefer nightly service so there's no disruption to staff, but we also run daytime and split-shift programs for facilities that need it.

What happens if something gets missed on a shift?

Log it in your client portal and we'll have it corrected on the next scheduled visit, or sooner if it's urgent. Every issue is tracked so patterns don't repeat.

Will I always get the same cleaning crew?

Yes. We assign a dedicated crew to your building and keep them there. It takes time to learn a space well, and crew continuity is how you get consistent results instead of a reset every few weeks.

What standard do you clean to?

We use the ISSA 540 cleaning standard as our baseline. Your scope is built from it, and your monthly QA inspection measures against it so you have something objective to point to.
