About

Family-owned commercial cleaning since 2003.

We started with one crew in North Canton in 2003 and grew by doing one thing well: showing up, holding standards, and staying accountable to the people who rely on us. Eleven offices later, that's still the whole job.

Green Clean Janitorial commercial cleaning team
Our story

Built one dependable shift at a time.

Green Clean Janitorial was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in North Canton, Ohio. We grew by doing the part of this business most vendors don't take seriously: showing up on schedule, holding standards across crew changes, and giving facility managers the documentation to prove it.

Today our trained crews keep offices, medical buildings, warehouses, schools and arenas clean across Ohio, Michigan, Texas, Georgia, North Carolina and Florida, with 24/7 dispatch behind every account.

Our goal is to become the largest privately owned janitorial company in the country. We're getting there by keeping the standard consistent: every new market and every new account gets the same crew accountability we established in Stark County twenty-plus years ago.

Our history

Two decades of getting better at one thing.

2003

Founded in North Canton

One crew, commercial clients in Stark County, Ohio. From the start: same crew on every account, documented visits, written scope.

2008

Expanded across Ohio

Opened Columbus, Cleveland and Cincinnati as regional clients asked us to follow them. Added an operations layer to hold the standard across multiple teams.

2014

Green Clean University launched

Formalized our internal training program. Crew development became a competitive advantage: our people know their accounts deeply and stay on them.

2018

Into the Southeast & Midwest

Expanded into Atlanta, Detroit and Raleigh. Proved the model traveled: same crew consistency, same QA documentation in every market.

2022

Texas & Florida

Opened offices in Austin, Plano and Orlando. Now operating through 11 local offices, serving some of the most demanding commercial markets in the country.

Today

11 offices, one standard

Family-owned, 11 local offices. The clients who have been with us for a decade started with one building and stayed because the standard held.

What we stand for

Six things that actually show up in the work.

Clients can tell you what separates a good vendor from a reliable one. We built our operation around the short list.

Same crew, every shift

Your team learns your building, your preferences, and your problem spots. Crew consistency is what keeps standards from drifting month over month.

One contact, full visibility

One point of contact for every question, request and escalation. A client portal shows you completed visits, inspection reports and service history.

Documented results

Monthly QA inspections logged with photos, ISSA 540 scope documentation, and optional UV/ATP verification for medical and critical-environment accounts.

People we train and keep

Crews complete Green Clean University before their first shift. We invest in development because crew retention is what makes crew consistency possible.

Greener methods

Eco-friendly products that are safer for your staff and building occupants, used wherever your facility standards allow.

One standard, every market

Single building or national portfolio, your account manager applies the same scope documentation and QA process across every location.

Training program

Green Clean University.

In 2014 we formalized what we'd been doing since day one: training our people properly. Green Clean University is our in-house program. It gives crews the building-specific knowledge they need before their first shift, and gives clients a team that treats the account like it's theirs to keep.

Site-specific onboarding

Every crew member is trained on your specific building before their first shift: your layout, your priorities, your standards.

ISSA 540 methodology

We train to an industry standard that defines what gets cleaned, how, and how often. Clean is a measurable outcome.

Infection-control protocols

Medical and healthcare crew members receive additional training on disinfection methodology, color-coded tools and cross-contamination prevention.

Floor care certification

Technicians running strip-and-wax, burnishing or carpet extraction programs are trained and certified on equipment operation and surface chemistry.

Where we operate

11 local offices.

Every office is staffed with a local team and account managers who know their market. You're never handed off to a call center.

Let's talk about your facility.

Tell us about your building and we'll build a program scoped to your schedule and standards.
